Ingredients for XXXX__ servings:
500 g/ 1 lb MORELLI pasta
200 g/7 oz grated cheese (preferably pecorino)
freshly ground black pepper
Cook the pasta in lots – to make sure they don’ break - of boiling salted water.
When the pasta is al dente drain quickly leaving it moist.
Combine a little of the cooking liquid and the grated cheese in a hot serving bowl and mix until you obtain a cream. Add the pasta and stir quickly, add the pepper, mix again and serve.
