Servings for 4 people:
Butter 250 gr.
Smoked Mackerei 120 gr.
Breadcrumbs 40gr.
A.E salt and pepper.
Basil sage
1 clove of garlic
Melt the butter in a pan and add the clove of garlic. Flavouring the butter for just a few minutes and then take the garlic out and salt it all. Add just a few spoon waters in the butter and add the sage leaves. Mantain the butter hot, take out the sage leaves and add the smoked mackerei, litely cut. Add just a trickle of pepper.
In the meantime put the pasta in an abundant salted water until they become “al dente”. Mix it all and serve, decorating the plate with the breadcrumbs.
