Busiate with Lobster and Confit Cherry Tomatoes

For 4 people

  • 360 gr Busiate
  • 4 Lobster
  • Q.S. Red confit tomatoes
  • Q.S. Yellow confit tomatoes
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • Q.S. thyme
  • Q.S. Brandy

Procedure:

Cook the Busiate in abundant boiling salted water. In the meanwhile cut the lobsters in half, sear them in a pan with brandy, garlic and thyme, then add the confit tomatoes and toss until they are cooked, without exceeding 5 minutes. Remove the lobsters from the pan and set aside. Then toss the pasta in the sauce. Finally, put the pasta in a serving dish, garnish with the lobsters and serve.
