Pasta Morelli is produced following the most ancient Tuscan traditions: slow dough, bronze dies, hand-drawing on frames and drying at low temperatures are the true secrets to obtaining an excellent result, which since 1860 has been synonymous with quality.

For over 160 years Antico Pastificio Morelli has been offering its customers not just pasta, but true Italian pasta. What is special about this type of cereal pasta compared to the competition? Simple, artisanal production and genuine ingredients of the highest quality, like those of the past. In some formats, wheat germis also used, the heart of the grain, not just any ingredient, but the secret to making pasta not only excellent but also rich in vitamins and vegetable proteins.

To make a tasty first course there is no need for rich and elaborate condiments. The organic whole grain pasta of Antico Pastificio Morelli is able to make any dish special. Made with manual processing and using only and exclusively whole grains from organic farming produced in Italy, its goodness is perceived at the first mouthful.
