Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of nettle and wheat germ during cooking, which makes it ideal served with all the light seasonings.
This pasta is ideal served with vegetable sauces, butter and sage, pesto and fresh tomatoes. This pasta can be mixed with the Egg, the tomato Tagliolini or the salmon tagliolini, since they’ve the same cooking time (5 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
