Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of the truffle and wheat germ during cooking, which makes them ideal to serve with Truffle’s butter, fresh truffle or Mushroom’s sauces. It cooks quickly, just 5/6 minutes and has a very big volume in the plate.
