Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. This pasta has an intense and distinct flavour of hemp and wheat germ which makes it ideal for serving with elaborate meat- and/or fish-based sauces with generous amounts of tomato. The pasta can be mixed with the Saffron or the Red chilli Linguine, since they’ve the same cooking time (5/6 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
