Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of Garlic, Basil and wheat germ during cooking, which makes it deal for serving with simple light sauces such as Garlic, Oil and red chilli.
This pasta can be mixed with Red chilli- Lemon and pepper Linguine, since they’ve the same cooking time (5/6 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
